Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" refers to Autoline International Ltd. (Corporate No. 0200-02-058472), a registered company in Yokohama, Japan. "Customer", "you" refers to any person or entity requesting a quote or purchasing a vehicle or service. "Vehicle" refers to any car or automobile sourced, sold, modified, or exported by us.

2 Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and remain valid for the period stated, subject to vehicle availability and auction outcomes.
• An order is confirmed only once we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed deposit or full payment.
• Vehicle availability at auction is not guaranteed; if a targeted vehicle cannot be secured, we will offer alternatives or a refund of any amount paid toward that vehicle.

3 Payment

• Payment must be made in the currency and by the method stated on the invoice, typically by international bank transfer (T/T).
• All bank charges, remittance fees, and currency-conversion costs are the Customer's responsibility.
• Full payment must be cleared before a vehicle is released for shipment. Delays in payment may affect shipping schedules and storage charges may apply.

4 Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Used vehicles are sold on an as-is basis reflecting their age and mileage. We inspect each vehicle before shipment and provide condition details and, where available, auction sheets.

• Descriptions, grades, and photographs are provided in good faith to the best of our knowledge.
• Minor wear consistent with a used vehicle is normal and not considered a defect.
• We do not warrant used vehicles against future mechanical faults unless a specific written warranty is agreed.

5 Custom Modifications

• Modification work is carried out to the specifications agreed in writing before work begins.
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that requested modifications comply with the laws and import regulations of the destination country.
• Modification costs and timelines are quoted separately and may extend the delivery schedule.

6 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to vessel schedules, port operations, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk in the vehicle passes to the Customer in accordance with the agreed shipping terms (e.g. FOB / C&F / CIF) stated on the invoice.
• We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss occurring after the vehicle is handed to the shipping line or carrier.

7 Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

• The Customer is solely responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with all regulations in the destination country.
• It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm that the vehicle's age, specification, and steering configuration are eligible for import before ordering.
• We are not responsible for vehicles that cannot be imported or registered due to local regulations.

8 Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders cancelled after a vehicle has been purchased at auction or on the Customer's behalf may be subject to fees covering purchase, storage, and administrative costs.
• Deposits may be non-refundable where a vehicle has already been secured.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed by the original payment method less any bank charges and costs incurred.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant vehicle or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or use.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yokohama, Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
