What are the steps after winning a bid?

Our sales team will issue a detailed invoice within 24 hours. Please arrange payment within 48 hours to secure your vehicle. Once payment is confirmed, we book the next available vessel. After departure, we send you all shipping documents needed for local customs clearance.
How can I check the car's condition?

Every vehicle comes with a detailed Japanese auction sheet showing grade, mileage, and condition notes. For stock vehicles on our website, we provide high-resolution photos and inspection reports. You can also contact our team for a video walkaround.
What does the listed price include?

Our website shows the FOB (Free On Board) price — the cost of the vehicle plus all documentation. Shipping, insurance, import duties, and local taxes are not included. These are clearly listed on your invoice as separate line items.
What's the difference between CIF and FOB?

FOB (Free On Board) is the base price of the vehicle including export documentation. CIF (Cost + Insurance + Freight) includes the vehicle cost, marine insurance, and shipping to your port. Your invoice will clearly show both figures.
When will I receive my invoice?

Invoices are emailed to your registered address immediately after a successful auction or when you confirm a stock vehicle. We recommend completing payment within 48 hours to avoid shipping delays.
How do I get a proforma invoice?

A proforma invoice is sent automatically with your order confirmation. If you need a copy, simply email us at info@autolineint.com and we'll resend it within 2 hours during business hours.
